It's so easy!  Remove the backing board, hang the jersey, and replace backing board.  Pick the large hanger for football, hockey and lacrosse jerseys, or the small hanger for baseball and soccer jerseys.  A coordinating matboard with your team color can be added for a minimal additional cost.  Place team photos and other objects in the frame with the jersey as well to showcase your collection.
