Art Effects Creative Framing was established in 1998.  I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (majoring in the visual arts) from the University of Lethbridge in 1989, and have worked in the art and framing business ever since.  My husband Barry and I  offer our expertise in custom framing and art consultations.  With our combined 30+ years experience in framing and customer service, we provide a great combination of creative ability for design,  craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Our award winning framing services are provided on premises using state of the art picture framing equipment including a computerized mat cutter enabaling us to give you unique designs with extreme accuracy.  We use the best preservation framing products available and provide and a selection of over 1,000 mouldings from superior suppliers of the industry.  We keep current with design trends, and educational opportunities as they are provided by our industry. 

We are an art dealer for the most collected artists and publishers. Please let us know which artists you collect, we will be glad to keep you posted of new releases.

We have recently added a virtual framing system at our design counter.   A computer generated image will show you what your artwork will look like before it is framed.  You can feel confident about your design choice as you see it virtually life size on the wall on our big screen TV monitor!
